Anniversary Weekend.

Oh, I miss this city already. It hasn't even been 24 hours, and I'm already craving it. We had such a great time back in the old stomping grounds. Joel planned the perfect weekend.

Mondrian Soho Hotel - It was such a dream. I prefer to stay downtown.
We found a great deal through Jetsetter. Highly recommend.

Met up with these new yorkers on the old westside railroad.

Headed back to the spot.

First timers at Doughnut Planet.

There are so many things I miss about living in NY. Although maybe you will always miss a place that you love. I think I will feel the same way about Santa Monica someday.

Things I appreciate about Los Angeles, after living in New York...

- Perma-sunshine! Really, who can beat this weather?
- The convenience of a car, driving to ikea without having to take a water taxi or Target on a whim
- As much as I consider myself a city girl, I will really always be a beach girl
- An easier lifestyle, new york is hard work
- Close to Family
